J.A. Ball New Homes is a family run company specialising in building quality homes in the East Midlands. John Adam Ball and his wife Wendy Ball founded the company in 1997 with the erection of a single dwelling in the village of Thringstone, Leicestershire. Since then, the business has evolved and grown into the company that so many people have now come to recognise as J.A. Ball New Homes Ltd.

We provide a wide range of house types but the design and materials used for each home and the developments as a whole are always sympathetic to the local architecture and characteristics of the area. Combining comfort, style and quality, we pay meticulous attention to every house we build.

All J.A. Ball New Homes are individually constructed to a high specification and offer a range of practical features and thoughtful finishing touches, which create a home to be proud of.

We have built around 80 homes this year and have designed them for people from all walks of life including first time buyers, families and retired couples.

In the coming years we hope to expand the company, increasing the number of houses we build each year to 300, to take the J.A. Ball name to a new level. We are currently in the process of generating an ample land bank to secure the companies future growth and determine the company position within the housing sector.
