Land Required

J.A. Ball New Homes are a very progressive company and as such are always looking for new land to develop. With a 5-year plan that will see us more than quadruple our unit output a substantial land bank is required and we are therefore always keen to hear from anyone who has land they are wishing to sell.

Potential sites should ideally have the following characteristics

Sized between 0.1 hectares and 4.5 hectares (0.25 acres � 11 acres approx)
Must be situated within any local planning boundaries
Should ideally be located within 50 miles of our head office (Coalville)
