When can I move in to my new home?
If you are moving in on your legal completion day, you will be able to move in when you have paid the outstanding balance on your new home. Our solicitor will be talking to your solicitor on the day and we will do whatever we can to help speed the process along. However please note that in most cases the monies are not cleared until late morning or after lunchtime.
